| 1: | The Organisation will be run on a rise and relegation system. |
| 2: | All Trophies will remain the property of the Organisation |
| 3: | Team Entry Fee will be £25.00 |
| 3:1 | Registration forms must be completely filled in to be accepted by the League |
| 3:2 | Player membership fee will be £2.00 |
| 3:3 | All Matches will be played on a Wednesday Night |
| 3:4 | Matches can be rearranged for an alternative night with five (5) days notice to the opposing Tema Capain and the Registration Secretary notified |
| 3:5 | Failure to play matches will result in the team not available forfeiting the points for that match and a fine of £5.00 imposed for each failure. |
| 4: | any teams using the same venue shall be classed and named as distinct teams. |
| 4:1 | Any team not fulfilling three (3) consecutive matches must notify the Registration Secretary |
| 4:2 | Teams that withdraw from the Organisation all points will be void |
| 4:3 | All players must be registered within the following postcode areas GL50, GL51, GL52, GL53 no players outside these areas without Application to the General Committee |
| 4:3:1 | Each team is only allowed to have a maximum of four (4) players from outside the postcode areas noted in rule 4.3 |
| 4:4 | All Players must be registered with the Registration Secretary seven (7) days prior to playing their first game. |
| 4:5 | Registration for a team is only binding once the player has signed the result card |
| 4:6 | Teams playing an unregistered player shall forfeit ten (10) points |
| 4:7 | Any player playing for two (2) temas will be suspended from the Organisation for a period of be decided by the Genral Committee. |
| 4:8 | When a player signs to play in the Organisation he/she agrees to abide by all of the Organistaions rules. |
| 5: | Player transfers will only be allowed upon written application ot he Results Secretary with a fee of £2.00 |
| 6: | All results must be received by the Results Secretary no later than midday Monday following the match. |
| 6:1 | Any result cards not received by the specified time the winning team will be decucted five (5) points (4 Singles & 1 Pairs) |
| 6:2 | It is the Team Captain who is responsible for the following: |
| 6:2:1 | The singles winners team Captain to ensure result card is received by the Registration Secretary on time. |
| 6:2:2 | To ensure that their team is represented at Delegates meetings |
| 6:2:3 | Any team not represented will be decucted five (5) points (4 Singles & 1 Pairs) |
| 6:2:4 | Apologies for non-attendance will not be accepted |
| 6:2:5 | The Team Delegate will be contacted for any fines incurred by the team. |
| 7: | On any sanctions made by the General Committee the individual shall have the right of appeal in writing to the Organisations Chairperson withing seven (7) days of notification |
| 8: | Any abuse or threatening behaviour towards an official, Committee member or member of the Organisation will not be tolerated and the offenders or team will be suspended from the League pending investigation by the General Committee and sanctions taken against offenders where necessary and the Committee's decision is final. |
| 9: | The General Committee reserve the right ot refuse individuals or teams entry. |
